https://aws-portal.amazon.com/gp/aws/developer/registration/index.htmlにアクセスしてAccess Key IDを取得する。

このようにこのサイトにパラメータをつけてアクセスすると該当データがxml形式で取得できる

この場合は本の中で、キーワードが「Rails」が含まれるものを取得
